THE COMMUNION is a curated tasting experience executed through the eclectic blend of wine, food and design creating an atmosphere that encourages mindfulness through community building, gastronomy education, and social engineering. Cha McCoy a sommelier and former Italian expat will guide you through a proper wine led tasting. This event will include a 4 course wine and food pairing themed #ThisIsAmerica . Learn how American winemakers gained respect globally, the history of the top value vineyards in Californian terroir , and perfect food pairings. This event is an expression of unity through wine, food, and good people. Travel connects us to other cultures, and this special edition of THE COMMUNION will be an opportunity to celebrate and learn about our own, by spotlighting wines Made In America.
