1. What happens if it rains? Event is rain or shine.

2. Are tickets refundable? No.

3. What do you mean by cashless and paperless festival? Environmental sustainability is a part of our mission with AUDACITY and in order to leave the lowest footprint possible, we are working with Munee App to utilize QR Code Technology for on sight payments.

4. Do I have to be a traveler of color to attend/vend? AUDACITY Fest is a travel festival for travelers of color, with programming, experiential marketing, and discussions that pertain to the black travel experience. All are welcome, as we are inclusive. However, one must make the personal decision if the festival programming is relevant to their travel experience.

5. Will the event be handicapped/disabilities friendly? Yes. We would also ask that anyone with special needs please use the Contact form to reach out to the organizers directly.

6. Is there parking? Yes. Jack London Square area has parking garages, and is on the free shuttle path in downtown Oakland.

7. Is there an age limit? Presently 18+. Approaching the festival we are considering opening up a limited number of tickets for children to attend with parents. We will update the site and send a newsletter out after the decision is made.

8. We have a strict no discrimination, no sexism, no ageism, no harassment of any kind, policy for the festival. Anyone found to be in violation of these policies will be removed from the festival grounds immediately without refund.

9. Will there be alcohol? Yes, in the Culinary/Biergarten area of the festival. This will be for those 21+ and IDs will be checked, given proper wristbands.
